Subject to these terms and the completion of your registration, you may access and use the Service strictly for private, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use our Service in any of the objectionable manners explained below

The App is provided for use as is and the Sensor is provided for use under the instructions and limitations provided in the Sensors booklet or other publications we issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, we and our licensors and anyone acting on our behalf will not be liable for any damage or loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify us, our partners, suppliers and licensors, in case of a third party complaint, claim, plea, or demand in connection with your breach of any provision of or representation in these Terms.
Use of the Service is governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the District of Pune.
The Service is available only to registered users. When you open an account using the App, we collect your full name and contact details.'),
When you use the App together with the Sensor, we collect measurements of your body temperature and motion (“Measurements”). We also collect information that you provide us through the App like your symptoms such as: menstruation details, PMS, nature of cervical mucus, temperature, etc. purely on purpose for using the Service (whether you try to conceive, avoid pregnancy, or track your ovulation cycle.
a. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at sales@lifepatch.ai.
b. You may terminate your account by contacting privacy@LifePatch.com. Such deletions or terminations will take immediate effect in your account view. Residual copies of deleted messages and accounts may take up to thirty (30) days to be deleted from our active servers and may remain in our offline backup systems.
c. We may send all new customers a welcoming email to verify their information (name, address, phone number, plan type, etc.). Established users may receive other emails containing information about LifePatch's other services and third party services that are likely to be of interest to our customers (Promotional Emails). Users may opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails in the account profile/setting section or you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe links within our emails. We might also contact you by other communication channels such as telephone or direct mail.

If you use a blog or forum on the Web Sites, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these blogs or forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the blog or forum. When you access the App, we collect information about your mobile device, including its model, its operating system, mobile network information and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service.
a. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
b. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information and CPNI to those employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve services. These individuals bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations. We protect the security of your personally identifiable information during transmission via the LifePatch Web Sites by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input, so that no one else can read it as it transmitted over the Internet. Moreover, we use an SSL connection to enable you to view, enter, and change the information in the applicable account setting section securely on our Web Sites. Since no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Moreover, you should always log out of any website, including the LifePatch Web Sites, after viewing personal account information.
d. Please be advised that LifePatch has no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you might visit, interact with, or from which you might buy products or services.
When you use LifePatch Services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves, and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access not otherwise required. In any case, where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.
